(2) Lamb is available as a whole or half, cut and wrapped to the client’s specifications. The cost is
$7 per pound hanging weight (ie before cutting and wrapping). The lambs average about $315
each (approximately 45 lbs hanging weight). If the client prefers to do their own butchering, the
price will be reduced by the cut and wrap costs. Any extra costs due to specialty cutting (deboning)
or wrapping will be in addition to the base price. Cutting instructions must be provided before the
animals are shipped to slaughter. A deposit may be required for specialty orders

Sales Price: INCLUDES: cost of round trip to and from the butcher;, shearing cost, butchering
cost, cutting, deboning and wrapping costs. EXCLUDES: the 13% HST, extra special cutting and wrapping costs. WWR’s clients are expected to pick-up their order. Customers can pick up their order directly from the butcher. WWR will send it pre-paid to the customer by courier. |
